Federalism and the Bureaucracy

While federalism will create new entities, referring to the states, it will on the other hand decrease the number of departments under the national government. Considering that there would be lesser departments that would be left to the national government, they could focus and act faster on matters under its jurisdiction.

On the other hand, the states could also act faster considering that these entities could act, on their own, and would not be entangled with any approval requirement from the national government.
